What roof designs can I use insulated roofing for?

Insulated roofing is suitable for almost all roof designs. including hips and valleys.

Can I walk on the roof?

Insulated roofing is designed to allow access to the roof for maintainence purposes.

Can I mount solar panels to my roof?

Yes, solar panels can be mounted to insulated roofing using the Ausdeck Solar Panel brackets. Subject to engineering requirements.

Why is EPS insulation a good alternative?

EPS is recyclable and the insulation performance does not breakdown over time.

Can I install fans and lighting to my roof?

Yes, ceiling fans can be installed to the insulated panels with the Ausdeck fan bracket. Ausdeck has 2 suitable, warranted downlight options. 1. a dimmable, 3 colour selectable LED downlight  2. a WiFi controlled, multi coloured LED downlight

Can insulated panels be cut on site?

Yes, insulated panels can be cut using a cold-cut saw or nibblers.

Can electrical cables be run through the insulated panels?

Yes, a cable duct is provided along the length of each panel, Ausdeck 12 volt downlights can be installed through this, however electrical installations such as fans etc. must be done by a licenced electrician using suitable electrical cables.
