Pair Trex with the deck jacks and aluminium subfloor framing system for a seamless installation process. Deck jacks are easy to install and height-adjustable with 6 sizes to choose from, allowing for swift levelling before decking installation. These robust aluminium subfloor frames save both time and money, replacing traditional timber subframe joists and bearers. Deck jacks are load-tested and suitable for various environments. Installation is simplified with four different fixing systems; Starborn™, Hideaway™, Camo™ or KlevaKlip™.

The Starborn system is a traditional method of installing a deck where boards are face fixed to the subframe. Starborn fixings utilise an undercut head to cleanly cut through the hard outer layer of composite decking while the reverse thread prevents mushrooming. Colour coded heads match the entire Trex range with options to suite both timber and metal subframes. For a seamless look, screws can be sunk below deck level with a board matched plug added to completely hide screws.

The Hideaway system is perfectly designed to suit the grooved profile of Trex™ decking. The hidden fixing system installs between deck boards, fastening them to the joist with no visible screws. With half the number of screws required versus a traditional timber deck, it is a fast and efficient method of installation.

The Camo system is a favourite among deck installers. With a range of innovative clips to suite any deck pattern along with labour saving tools, it is by far the fastest system to secure composite boards to substrate.

The KlevaKlip system is a specially moulded dovetail clip that can be installed on timber or metal. Once all mounting clips are installed, Trex™ decking boards simply snap into place providing a faster installation method with perfect board gapping.
